Shipping

• We currently ship to the UK & Ireland with shipping rates calculated at the point of sale.

• For shipping to locations outside UK & Ireland, please contact info@htperformance.life for an individual shipping quote.

Returns/Refunds Policy

• All claims for errors must be reported within 24 hours after delivery in writing to H&T Performance (email: info@htperformance.life).

• In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract, or 14 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

Please note:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Any returns outside of the 14-day period may be accepted at the discretion of HT Performance

• We are unable to offer part refunds on products that have been purchased as part of a bundle deal or fixed-length subscription packages.

  You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment

• We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with our requirements, unopened from the original packaging as delivered.

• Should the customer cancel their order after the order has been dispatched, H&T Performance will retain a 15% handling fee and transport cost before refunding the remaining amount to the customer assuming the product is returned as sold, unopened in the original packaging as delivered.
